A few questions & comments have rolled in about my 3-day bootcamp this weekend.

Here they are…

RAUL:
Tom, I’m on the fence about attending, can you give me an example of something you’ll be teaching that I can’t get elsewhere?

TOM:
Fence-sitting doesn’t produce profits. Taking action does!

One unique and cool thing we’ll be doing is walking through the legal contracts line-by-line so that you understand them inside out.

Why?

Because once you do this, you’ll know them intimately, and if a seller ever corners you for a detailed answer you’ll know how to respond since you’ve heard me say it all before.

I know this part is about legal contracts, which is normally considered boring, but I actually make it fun.

We’ll also be doing some very interesting and amusing role play exercises so that you get practical training of how to actually deal with the unique personalities of the motivated sellers and picky buyers you’ll meet.
