Losers always whine about doing their best…

I saw “The Rock” again the other day and I still think it’s a great flick.

Fun and entertaining.

Both Nick Cage and Sean Connery have basically become caricatures of themselves.

Great one-liners.

Like Connery’s “Losers always whine about doing their best…” quote.

I won’t finish that quote here, but if you’re a fan of the movie “The Rock” you know the rest…

More importantly, it got me thinking about the difference between winners and losers.

It’s primarily a mindset thing.

Yes, losers often just don’t get it.

Or they hesitate too long and miss the boat.

But that’s not even the real problem.

The real problem is the attitude that people have because they’re playing NOT to lose, instead of playing to win.

Why do people have that attitude?

Beats me.

But it’s killing people in business and in all of life. After all, you don’t see championship sports teams playing not to lose. They play to WIN.

Look, it’s no different in your real estate investing business.

Don’t worry about the random details that you have no control over because you aren’t at that bridge yet.

Focus instead on building your marketing savvy.

Market to the right motivated sellers with the right message at the right time.

The rest will then take care of itself.
