Take a look at these photos and let me tell you the story behind them…
I was with Brad Sumrok and his wife Jen in Los Angeles.
We had a great discussion about how one’s physical health can impact one’s financial health (and vice versa).
Now, I’m not the most flexible guy in the world.
I never stretch.
I know better, yet I’m still not in a good habit of actually doing it routinely.
Brad and Jen both recommended I should stretch more and do yoga, as it would be good for my physical health.
(Just like good investments are good for one’s financial health.)
So they showed me some *interesting* stretches from yoga.
In the photos we’re doing a “tree” pose.
(So much for being the “warrior”. But I guess that just sounds cooler…)
And they raved about the benefit it has to one’s “core strength”.
I quipped that core strength is important in real estate investing too.
My core strength is wholesaling.
Brad’s is investing in apartment buildings.
It only takes one great apartment building deal to set you free permanently.
Brad & Jen have over 1,000 units (or “doors” as they’re called in the biz) and the incoming monthly cashflow pays all their bills and provides them with an awesome lifestyle.
Does that sound good to you?
Is that something you are interested in learning how to do?
Brad will be at Traction REIA this week teaching you how he earns double-digit returns and retired early exclusively through Multi-Family Investing.
Brad will be:
1. At both Traction REIA meetings this week (Tonight Wed & Tomorrow Thurs):
http://TractionREIA.com/event
2. Conducting a full-day training entitled “How to Earn Double Digit Returns and Retire Early by Investing in Apartments” on Saturday September 19th: http://TractionREIA.com/brad
