You’ve only spent time (wasted time), and time is the most precious & irreplaceable thing that we have.

If all that free info floating around out there on the internet worked, then you would have done it already.

But you still haven’t.

So why is that?

Maybe it’s time to try a different way forward.

Throw everything else out and be like one of those horses pulling the carriages in the parks — put blinders on so that you are only focused on the tasks immediately ahead. No distractions.

Scary?

Time to suucckk it up buttercup.

You aren’t getting any younger.

If you could have figured it out on your own, you would have done so already.

Time to do a different approach.

Focus on the fundamentals of what a real estate business is: Finding Deals, Making Deals, & Getting Paid.
