I often refer to my Traction real estate investing System as “Simple, Structured and Step-by-Step”.
Someone emailed me and objected to “simple”.
But their objection was better suited if I had said “easy”.
Easy means it’s capable of being accomplished with ease, posing no difficulty.
Easy refers to the degree of difficulty to actually implement the process.
Simple means it’s able to be done or understood quickly. It refers to the process.
So while it is *simple*, it isn’t easy.
It’s simple because I’ve boiled it down to its essence and made it into a structured and step-by-step system for you to follow.
But is it easy?
Nope.
Because it takes EFFORT, and most people aren’t willing to put any effort in.
People think money should just grow on trees.
But it doesn’t.
You actually have to do something.
Sorry chief, but that’s just the way it is.
Time to harden up and put forth the effort required.
