But what may not be obvious is that you can learn how to talk, and learn the things to say, to move the other person to a successful outcome.
Is it 100% successful each time?
No.
Nothing is that easy.
But in the cases where they are flexible, you’ll be moving them in the right direction for your goals, and doing in a structured manner following a method that works.
How?
Learn how to talk, so motivated sellers want to sell.
That’s a BIG part of negotiation.
