As the year comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about what’s happened & not happened.
Thinking about things that worked out GREAT.
And about things that didn’t work out so great this year.
Mainly I’m focusing on what I want to be different next year.

Write it down.
(I’m serious. Write it down now.)
Because if you want next year to be better than this year, then you need to take some time to think it through.
You need to take action or you’ll just be stuck with more of the same.
So…
Reflect.
Dream.
Adjust.
Plan.
This type of thinking absolutely needs to be done.
And it needs to be done NOW.
If you wait, you’ll never get around to it. Yet another year will simply slip away from you.
Yes, the holiday season tends to knock everyone off focus. But you can overcome that.
