But for good reason.

It creates a habit. A good habit.

Because in just about 2 minutes each day you get reminded to delve into the world of real estate investing with a quick, but impactful lesson.

It’s valuable.

That’s why you need to learn how (and why) to read my emails.

Face it, most people have a hard time getting focused and staying focused.

So a daily reminder helps.

I know you think you’re already overwhelmed by too many emails.

You need to get on top of that aspect of modern life.

Unsubscribe from those that are worthless and that you never read. The fact you pay no attention to them tells you something. Just get rid of them.

It’s based on Japanese kaizen — just a small thing each day for continuous improvement. A small step. But a step none-the-less.
