Dripping with easy elbow grease

When all is said and done, it’ll happen in an instant.

You’ll be amazed how fast the deal came together.

It is *simple*.

But it’s not *easy*.


Because it requires elbow grease.

And elbow grease requires EFFORT.

So stop thinking that someone’s just gonna pay you for doing nothing.

You might be able to skate at your job, but if you want to make real money, then you are going to have to put in some focused effort.

I’m not saying it’ll be miserably hard work.

(It’ll actually be quite enjoyable.)

But you do have to *work* at it.

Focus on it.

And carve out a bit of time for it.

It certainly isn’t full time work.

You just need to squeeze in an hour here and a half-hour there.

It’s the 80-20 rule.

Focused effort in the right places will produce results.

Don’t think it’s like a j-o-b, where how long you punch the time-clock for is what matters.

That’s 80%-style thinking.

When you invest in real estate you have awesome LEVERAGE.

So it’s the 20% needed to do the heavy lifting, not the 80%.

And that is a massive time and money saver for you, mi amigo.

And that’s why you can indeed build up a successful business in just your spare time.

(and yes, you do have a bit more spare time than you think, you just need to know where to look…)
