Improv comedy is hilarious because you just don’t know what is going to happen — and neither do the participants.
That’s why it is fun, edgy, and exciting.
And that’s why sometimes even the comedians break down and start laughing at themselves.
Could you do improv?
Because in business you often have to.
Sometimes the parties involved in your deals simply ignore the script.
Whatcha gonna do then?
Go home and cry to mommy?
Or work with what ya got and figure out a way to make the best of it?
You can indeed still get to the finish line if you learn to adapt as you go.
That’s why improvisation is a key skill in business.
You could say that’s what an entrepreneur gets paid for.
To work from available materials.
To go with the current and ever-changing situation.
Because let’s face it, deals NEVER go as planned.
The best laid plans of mice and men…
Well, it never really happens that smoothly.
My real estate coaching students often hear me say “Drama early, or drama late, but there’s always drama in every real estate deal.”
And when the proverbial is hitting the fan, you have to know how to roll with the punches.
How to improvise.
Otherwise you’re toast.
Things will fall apart around you because you can’t figure out how to work on the fly and adapt as you go.
So yes, as a real estate entrepreneur you need to know how to improvise.
I teach my coaching students this key skill as we go through the various stages of doing real estate deals. There is no better way to learn than with real-life situations. And there’s no better way to learn than with an experienced real estate coach to guide you through all the various twists and turns so you can come through as the winner.
Simply put, my coaching program prepares you for whatever comes your way.
