It’s still strange out there.
Starting to open up, but so much still shrouded in mystery.
My last few real estate settlements have been strange.
They’ve been more like dead drops, where I leave the signed closing documents in a letter box all alone, and then the buyer comes by at a later time to collect and countersign.
At least I don’t need to leave a line of chalk on a mailbox to signal…
(If you have no clue what I’m referring to, don’t worry. Plenty of people in our group know.)
Or maybe current settlements are more like a drug deal.
We sit in separate rooms and don’t acknowledge each other, letting an intermediary run the important documents in between us, while we hide our faces from the world.
Like with anything else, one needs to adapt to the current times and situations.
Keep apart & stay remote.
Ok.
For now.
But no matter what happens, we need to know what to do. And how to best maximize what we do. How to keep business strong, marketing consistent, and profits high.
Which is why this is one of the biggest values of being a part of Traction REIA.
* We constantly teach you how to stay current on what’s happening.
* We give you that regular kick in the pants to stay (or regain) focus.
* We cross-train you so you understand what best sparks your interest.
* We get you to meet tons of people that you need to have in your network to succeed.
Speaking of surviving and staying strong while navigating difficult waters…
Our focus at Traction REIA this month is on how to get through the craziest time to be a landlord.
As is usual with un-usual times, there’s a great opportunity hiding in it.
You just need to know how to seize it.
We’re bringing in Private Investigator David Pickron to show you how.
