One of the top objections I hear about the real estate investing business is:
“I don’t know where to get the funding!”
I have an easy answer for this.
I send them to Charlie Einsmann.
If they aren’t in his areas, then I tell them to go and find someone just like him.
Then problem solved, move on to the next challenge, which is finding deals.
(Interestingly, I also have people express the same concern when wholesaling. But one doesn’t need funding for wholesaling, so I know they’ve been following the wrong training/advice. It happens unfortunately often…)
