Change is in the air for 2024 at Traction REIA.
We’ve been listening to our members and testing a number of different ideas the past few months.
The result?
A brand-new structure and format for 2024 to better serve you.
First off,
We will be having many more ONLINE events throughout the year to serve our members & attendees nationwide.
These popular online events include our main monthly meetings with the phenomenal Zoom “Breakthru” rooms for small group networking, market updates with a national focus, and training topics that are timely for the current crazy environment and that work nationwide.
Secondly,
In our key focus regions of Washington DC and Sarasota/Tampa, we will be hosting quarterly networking happy hour tradeshows at stylish locations. We’re calling these “Beer & Real Estate” to reflect the social networking aspect. (No worries if you don’t drink beer, there are plenty of beverages of all kinds available and the conversations to build your team and your business will still be first-class.)
Thirdly,
Our awesome partnership with The Home Depot continues to bring you world-class service at their ProDesk and get you multiple deep-discount programs not available elsewhere, along with an exclusive 2% rebate program.
Finally,
If you are in any of our key focus regions: Washington DC, Sarasota, or Tampa, know that we continue to work with local and state legislatures to PROTECT our industry.
And we continue to work in concert with National REIA also at the Federal level to cover all the United States as well. Lots to watch out for these days and we’re there to lead our industry.
