I’m starting a new Rapid Cash Generator Bootcamp this weekend, and I’m looking for a handful of people to work with to create more successful case-studies.

1. We’ll start with your marketing, showing you exactly what to do, what messages to send, and how frequently. We’ll work on your marketing system so that you get the motivated sellers and money you’re after.
2. One of the most overlooked opportunities for more deals is in the “FIND” phase… just learning how to consistently run a simple solution the right way usually takes your success rate through the roof. I’ll work on your skills in this critical area.
3. Next, we’ll take my Magnificent Negotiation Matrix and show you exactly how to talk to sellers so that you move them from saying “no” to saying “Yes!” to your offers. It isn’t difficult once you know the right moves (that’s what most people are lacking, but I’ll show you my simple approach). Great deals are made, not found, so I’ll teach you how to make them great.
4. We’ll focus on the legal contracts needed to successfully — and safely — do deals… focusing on the 12 key elements to a real estate sales contract and the 7 clauses your Assignment contracts must have. (You’ll have a complete copy of all 19 of my contracts, licensed for you to use, so that you are armed and ready for anything.) I’ve been perfecting these contracts with my attorneys for years, and have it down to a science now.
5. Once we’ve got your Find the Deal, Make the Deal, and Get Paid skills in place… you’ll want to multiply the number of deals you do, and the profits from each! So, we’ll finish up with creating the business systems, advanced skills set, hidden money finder, and my frameworks for life and business freedom. We’ll take my frameworks, and customize them for YOUR business.
