Let me explain…

The way many people do deals, you can either “win” with it, or not.

And if not, then you “lose”.

But what if you can learn multiple aspects of real estate investing so that you can win on both sides?

That’s what Robyn Thompson does.

If the deal makes sense for rehabbing, then she rehabs it.
