Yes, I know it’s a stereotype.
And many times true.
But also not true in every case.
It’s the nuance you ought to be focusing on.
Of what do I speak of?
TRAILER TRASH.
A derogatory term used for people who live in mobile homes.
I think many people could admit to thinking of that term when they think of investing in mobile homes — and it simply stops them from even considering the entire asset class.
But that prejudice — and the inability to see what actually bothers them — throws the proverbial baby out with the bathwater.
Which is a shame, because done correctly, an enormous amount of positive cashflow can be generated from a very modest upfront investment.
And an enormous amount of affordable housing can be properly supplied to people who really need it.
So I have an idea.
We’re having Adrian Smude teach all about mobile home investing.
Just hear him out.
Even if you never do it, you’ll get a great idea about how to build cashflow to get a great lifestyle, and you’ll also learn how well he manages to get his farm area and marketing campaigns dialed in tight — super-tight to be more accurate.
All of which are transferable skills to any other type of real estate investing.
(He’ll also bust that “trailer trash” myth and show you who he actually rents to.)
It’s all on Zoom.
