Where is it?
We’re on at the gorgeous Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, 1201 Gulf Boulevard Clearwater Beach, Florida 33767.
Are there any parking spaces available?
Yes. The hotel has parking all around it. There is no charge for parking with our group room rate.
Where should I stay?
I’d suggest staying at the event hotel: https://tractionrealestatementors.com/hotel This link takes you to our special room block rate of $279 per night. Reservations must be made by February 7th to get this special rate. Each room is a suite that sleeps up to 6 people, and has water views from each side of the room!
What time do we start and finish each day?
We’re going to do an informal reception at the poolside hotel bar on Friday evening. Plan on registration at 7pm, then drinks at the bar from 8pm until whenever.
Then, arrive between 8:00-8:15am Saturday & Sunday morning for breakfast to make sure you’re ready for kickoff. We start training at 9:00am sharp. We’ll finish at 5pm on Saturday and then have a dinner reception at 7pm. On Sunday we’ll finish at 3pm, so you’ll be able to catch an evening flight home on Sunday if you need to, but feel free to stay and enjoy!
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Notebooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.
I’d suggest a swimsuit or something suitable for the water, as we might be going out on some jet skis if you’d like…
You will NOT need your computer. Old school note taking helps you better learn the lessons.
You will also NOT need to bring your copy of The Rapid Cash Generator Kit. We will provide extra copies of anything you need from it.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
Clothes. Other than that, whatever you feel comfortable in. Do whatever feels right for you. The weather should be great as it’s Florida, but take a sweater if you get cold, as the event room might be on the cooler side.
I heard there is something special happening on Friday night. Is that true?
Yes, there is something special happening on the Friday night. It’s a group get-together at the hotel bar that gives you a great chance to connect and get to know your fellow classmates. Please keep the evening free. You’ll be very glad you did.
