I love life and intend to make the most of it.
So I want to stay healthy.
And if that means going to the doctor every now and then, fine.
I’ve seen too many men brag about how long it has been since they’ve seen a doctor.
Oh how cool you are.
Not.
What do you want, a cookie?
The only prize I’ve ever seen for this type of record is catching something too late to do anything about it.
Or an early death in your 40’s or 50’s.
What good does an early death do you?
Catch problems early and you simply have more options.
So why be dumb?
After all, your family probably wants to have you around for a while.
(If they don’t, then you’ve got other problems to attend to as well…)
You do want to live to see your children’s children, don’t you?
I sure do.
And I intend to have a sound mind and body throughout my life as well.
So get over it.
That false machismo isn’t doing you any good.
(And sorry champ, but no one’s really falling for it anyway)
No, I’m not telling you to be a hypochondriac.
But seeing a doctor for a routine checkup won’t kill you.
Quite the opposite actually.
I’d rather brag about a long healthy life than some silly record about how long it’s been since I’ve seen a doctor.
Just my 2 pennies worth.
And building a successful business is one of life’s great thrills.
Once you do it, you’ll want to be around to reap what you’ve sown.
That’s the fun part.
So don’t miss out.
Ain’t nothing else like it.
