Let’s talk about beating self pity.
Why?
Because some people get wrapped up in this, tripped up by this, and need some help to overcome this rather bizarre obstacle.
Self-pity is a way of paying attention to yourself — even if negatively — as a way to feel better.
But life really *is* difficult when you’re stuck in self pity.
Self-pitiers usually look outside of themselves for the source of their problems and struggle. Even though the answer is within.
Are you ready to stop feeling sorry for yourself and to stop giving your power away?
— Choose to be responsible for your own life
— Recognize it and choose to change
— Get moving
Easier said than done?
