Who wins in a fight? Art or Science?

Putting real estate deals together is both an art and a science.

You have to know what you are doing.

You need to learn:
* the techniques,
* the technical terms,
* the overall process,
* all the various ins-and-outs.

Then you’ll know the science-side of things.

But that alone isn’t enough.

You have to get good at the “art”-side of the business as well.

That’s the part that isn’t readily obvious.

It takes a keen eye (which most lack) and then some practice (which most never get around to doing).

When you unlock this key, you’ll finally excel.

And it’s true, this really IS an art, no doubt about it.

That’s why it’s not very easy to “reverse engineer” on your own.

(Although people try all the time… and fall WAY short.)
