I learned a good lesson from my exterminator (he comes by quarterly).

He said, “There’s a lot of insects out there. And it’s all about perimeter control to keep them out.”

Spraying the perimeter keeps the creepy crawlers out and protects your house.

But just spraying one time isn’t enough.

The threat is constant.

The bugs keep coming.

So you have to keep spraying.

And stay eternally vigilant.

Do that, and you’ll protect your house.

And since Traction REIA members are like a family to me, I want to keep my Traction house in order too.

And that means cleaning out the bugs.

And protecting the perimeter.

Clearing away the shysters and scammers who pop up relentlessly.

So if you see something nasty wandering around the room, let me know and I’ll get rid of it if it’s a threat.

I’ll step on it,

Squash it,

And throw it out.

Because I want a clean house.

I do the same with my guest speakers.

I screen them, research them, and actually get to know them before I put them in front of you.

Because I don’t want anyone getting bit and stuck with a nasty rash.
