QUESTION 1:
Why haven’t I received any emails from you for more than a week?

ANSWER:

Honestly, I got super busy and just didn’t write. I had a big closing on a deal that needed to happen fast, I was teaching a seminar in Denver, and I spent some time with cousins I haven’t seen for a while.

Next thing you know, more than a week had gone by.

It doesn’t matter where you are, my techniques will work. There are some minor terminology and vocabulary differences from region to region, but I walk you through all that, as you never know where you want to invest.

And remember, you don’t have to do it just in your own backyard, you might choose to invest where you want to be, where your friends or family live, or just somewhere you enjoy going to.
