At the Christmas party tonight I’ll be presenting a brand new presentation that I just worked up this week.

It’s called “How to make 2016 your best year ever”.

(While that may sound similar to something you’ve heard before with just a different year, it is brand new and hyper-focused.)

One of the benefits of teaching so many people how to succeed in real estate investing is that I get to see the trends and the patterns of the way people behave.

Namely why some succeed, and why others fail.

There’s an important key indicator that I’ve noticed, and it’s one of the things I will be teaching you tonight.
