The ceiling of your own perception

Always be aware of your blind spots.

Things you automatically believe are true, even though you don’t have any factual proof.

The “ceiling of your own perception” as my mentor Dov calls it.

It’s problematic because you are missing opportunity.

These false ideas you cling onto or are butting your head up against are holding you back.

I see this a lot with real estate investors and 0% seller financing.

Many just don’t think it’s possible.

They assume everyone is like them and has refinanced their house 17 times in the last 5 years to extract every last possible penny of equity.

But that simply isn’t the case.

Quite the opposite, actually.

Depending on which state you are in, somewhere between ONE-FIFTH to ONE-THIRD of people own their houses outright.

And by outright I mean free-and-clear.

They owe ZERO.

Zip.

Nada.

And that, my dear amigo, is a great opportunity for you, IF you know how to make it work for all involved.
