Here’s what I did with mine

I’ve had a few people comment last week that my “Rapid Cash Generation” system (which is “wholesaling”) is not good for them because it requires them to keep actively doing deals.

I don’t agree.

Here’s why…

I used wholesaling to get me where I needed to be. (And to where I wanted to be.)

I wanted regular monthly passive cashflow. But I needed it to be stable for me and in the early days nothing in my life was stable, so wholesaling was really the only logical choice.

Now admittedly, Rapid Cash Generation Wholesaling is a BUSINESS, not an INVESTMENT.

Why?

Because it isn’t a long term hold.

You have to keep doing deals to keep making more of the green stuff.

But that’s not a problem.

Why?

Because you take the money you make from my Rapid Cash Generation Wholesaling and invest it into whatever type of vehicle you desire.

That’s what I’ve done.

In fact, I put money from my Rapid Cash Generation Deals into 2 categories:

#1. Long-term cashflow investments.
Specifically multi-unit apartment buildings and self-storage units.

I buy a percent of ownership in deals that other investors (normally my graduated students) have put together.

Since they are my students and I trained them, I know they know how to think, analyze, and invest, so this acts as a screening filter so I only need to spend time on deals that actually have potential for me.

#2. Once a year for each account, I do a Rapid Cash Generation Wholesale Deal inside of each my kids’ Self-Directed Coverdale Educational Saving Accounts.

This builds a massive pot of cash that is used to pay for private school (including supplies and uniforms), and in years to come (when they get older) it will be used to easily pay for college tuition. (And all tax free!)

Why does this work for me?

And would it work for you too?
