I took my first flying lesson today.
In a VERY small plane.
It was a wildly magnificent experience.
So much to learn, so much knowledge and data to process, so many skills to master.
Methinks I’ll enjoy the process.
My instructor told me it’s all about learning how to “fly at the fringe”.
By that he meant that you have to learn what to do when things go wrong.
When things don’t work out as planned.
When “issues” occur.
When the going gets tough.
VERY tough.
Because, when you know how to handle the difficult parts while up in the sky…
Then the rest is easy.
It’s the same for being a real estate entrepreneur.
You need to know how to do deals right so you get paid.
But you also need to know what happens on the fringe when things go wrong, that way you can avoid those types of problems from the very start.
You need to know the limits.
Then you can fly safely and make money, not lose it.
That’s why I spend time at my Rapid Cash Generation Bootcamp telling you about my failures.
Yes, I actually tell you about the (few) times that I’ve actually lost money on deals.
Why?
Because I’d rather you learn through my mistakes than to have to learn the hard way on your own.
When you know where I went wrong, you’ll know how to avoid making the same mistakes.
And that is priceless.
(Even if you aren’t a few thousand feet in the air.)
At my bootcamp, we’ll spend 3 full days training about how to fly right and keep your business on the correct path.
A path of profitability.
A path of freedom and control over your time and lifestyle.
A path of success.
Once I teach you how to fly, the sky will literally be the limit.
Jump in the cockpit and come fly with me here:
